    Welcome to the COMPACT 2 Technology Customer Support Area. In oder to view any of these areas you will need a user code and password assigned by CP2. If you do not have these codes or if you have forgotten your codes please E-Mail:
    service@compact2.com and we will email you your login codes.

    In this area you will find a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section with common asked questions and answers for several different support areas. If you don't find your answer in the FAQ's then Search our Knowledgebase area for similar problems and resolutions.

    If you need assistance or if you need to report a problem, please go to our Help Desk area where you can submit a problem and review the status or any reported problem for your organization.

    If you need to discuss a problem with us you may choose to use our CP2 Live Chat. When you log in our staff will be notified and someone will join you shortly in your organization's Chat Room.

    We hope these support options will provide the means for you to find answers and to resolve your problems in a timely and efficent manner.
